This class allows students to enjoy a well-rounded physical and mental yoga experience at a steady, mindful pace that allows for a strong connection of body, movement, and breath.

BARRE

Barre is a fusion of ballet fundamentals, core conditioning, Yoga and stretching for a total body workout using a ballet barre, yoga strap, pilates ball, and yoga mat to achieve a lean, flexible, youthful body. Open to beginners and all levels of practice.

FITNESS

Fitness classes are full body workouts you will move at a rate that is ideal for calorie burning . With a mix of body weight exercises, cardio moves, and strength training, you can expect to be challenged in a different way with each class!
